{vendor appreciation} our menu.

remember this? well, she has sent me our menu in writing! so now i can make this to write it all on.

our wedding day menu:

1. Global artisan cheeses, lavender honey, picholine olives, strawberry jam, fresh fruit, crusty paesano bread, sweet and spicy almonds

2. Moroccan beef skewers, harissa, cool mint chimichurri

3. Fresh baby shrimp and crab cakes, lemon-herb aioli

4. Wild mushroom puff pastry, parmesan, white truffle oil

5. Thai chicken satay, cucumber salad, coconut peanut sauce

6. Mini italian cold cut sandwiches with roasted tomatoes, basil pesto

7. Traditional hummus, marinated feta salad, pita chip

8. Refreshing Cucumber Water

9. Orange Pekoe Tea, (with some sort of simple syrup flavored sweetener on the side)

I've also asked her if she thought maybe we could add a simple french style potato salad or a garden salad...what do you think?

i wasn't hungry before, but i sure am hungry now!
